While every effort is made to ensure that my hats and headpieces are a perfect match for each and every client, I understand we can all sometimes have buyers regret! 

 

To this end I offer a refund on ready made hats if they are returned within a 14 day period, unworn and in the exact condition in which they were sold.

 

*Please note, there is no refund or exchange on Sale pieces.*

 

**Please also note there is no refund or exchange on a Bespoke (made to order) piece**
